Event Tent Crew — Sperry Tents Hamptons (Seasonal)
Sperry Tents Hamptons is hiring summer crew to install and break down tents for high-end private events across the Hamptons, North Fork, and Long Island.
What you'll do
1) Load, transport, set up, and take down tents, flooring, lighting, and related event equipment
2) Work as part of a crew at private estates, vineyards, and beachfront venues
3) Maintain gear and keep the yard organized between jobs
What we're looking for
1) Strong work ethic and ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
2) Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions, on ladders, and with hand tools
3) Reliable transportation to our yard
4) Clean driver's license a plus — drivers earn higher pay
5) Construction, landscaping or trades background helpful but not required — we'll train the right people
Pay and hours
$22–$25 per hour based on experience and driving ability
Overtime paid at time-and-a-half
Typically 30–50 hours per week, May through October
Long days during peak weeks; lighter other weeks
