Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa of Piscataway, NJ is looking for an extremely motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic Spa Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-5 years of management/sales spa experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment and strong entrepreneurial spirit.
The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Retail/sales experience
- A passion for people and sales
- High level of enthusiasm
- Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with discipline
- Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
- Experience with a Zenoti booking system is a plus
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa
- Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
