On a daily basis, our agents:
- Identify and set appointments with potential clients
- Meet with clients to assess their insurance and retirement needs
- Develop customized plans that address each client's goals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and help them track progress over time
- Provide ongoing consultation and support

- One-on-one training from experienced leaders in the local insurance and retirement industry
- A comprehensive training program covering insurance and retirement planning, Medicare, annuities and income strategies, consultative selling, client service, and regulatory compliance
- Uncapped earning potential — your income is tied directly to your results, and this is a commission-based role, so you must be comfortable earning based on your own production. First-year commissions are complemented by renewal and residual income that build year over year.
- Real career growth — this is an entry-level starting position by design, and a doorway to much bigger things. Producers who master the fundamentals grow into larger books, retirement/annuity specialization, mentoring newer agents, and leadership as the agency expands.

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in business or a related field a plus, but not required)
- Must obtain a Mississippi Life & Health insurance license and qualify to be appointed prior to starting in office (we'll guide you through it)
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident
- Reliable transportation and willingness to meet clients across North Mississippi
- Willing to work in-office
Compensation is earned after licensing and appointment requirements are met. This is a 1099, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential built on first-year commissions plus renewal/residual income.
