Job Description
The Sales and Design Consultant role is critical to the Closet Factory client experience . By listening to a customer’s needs and collaborating on every detail, this role is responsible for delivering highly personalized, whole-home design solutions and exceptional service. This role requires passion for sales, design, integrity, and commitment to excellence for measuring, designing, selling, and delivering custom home storage solutions that add an upgrade to our clients lives. This is a full-time (40+ hours per week) position. This position is 100% commission based.
You must live within our territory as all initial appointments take place in the client home.
