Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse/Office Manager to oversee daily operations within our administrative and warehouse environment. This role combines office management, warehouse management inventory oversight, vendor relations, and team supervision to ensure seamless workflow, efficient resource utilization, and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will be have construction knowledge, be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to foster a productive and positive work environment. Responsibilities
- Manage daily office functions including clerical tasks, filing, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and calendar management to support smooth administrative workflows.
- Oversee warehouse activities such as inventory control, shipping and receiving coordination, and maintaining/ organizing customer products for installations.
- Coordinate vendor relationships for supplies, equipment maintenance, and service contracts while ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective purchasing strategies.
- Handle human resources functions including helping with payroll processing, employee onboarding, and maintaining confidential personnel information.
- Develop and monitor budgets for office supplies, equipment, and warehouse operations to optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, health regulations, and company policies; conduct regular inspections of the warehouse environment.
- Facilitate effective communication with clients and internal teams through professional customer service practices and clear documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or warehouse supervision with a strong background in administrative tasks and team leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), spreadsheets.
- Demonstrated skills in event planning, vendor management, scheduling coordination, budgeting, and human resources functions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone etiquette for front desk interactions.
- Technical proficiency in office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and office management software is essential.
- Prior supervisory experience with a focus on team development and fostering a positive work environment is highly desirable.
