Vista Family Dental is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team! We are looking for someone who is clinically skilled, communicates exceptionally well with patients, and is committed to delivering outstanding preventive care in a welcoming environment.
Schedule
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$60–$65 per hour, based on experience
Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive treatments.
Capture high-quality digital radiographs.
Complete accurate and timely clinical charting and documentation.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.
Assess periodontal conditions and discuss treatment recommendations with patients.
Assist in presenting treatment options, including periodontal therapy and night guards when appropriate.
Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to provide exceptional patient care.
Deliver a gentle, friendly, and positive patient experience during every visit.
Qualifications
Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Preferred
