Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging recreational and therapeutic activities for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
- Create programs that promote residents' physical, emotional, cognitive, and social well-being.
- Work with other departments to provide meaningful resident experiences.
- Assist with resident transportation and accompany residents on community outings and special events.
- Develop and post monthly activity calendars while maintaining required activity documentation.
- Help coordinate and support the community volunteer program.
- Encourage resident participation and foster a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with evening and weekend activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in senior living, recreation, activities, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Certified Activity Professional (CAP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, organized, dependable, and enthusiastic.
- Passion for enriching the lives of older adults.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and participating in resident activities throughout the day.
