We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a 3rd shift team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting their team, and driving production.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of 10+ employees on 3rd shift
- Train and onboard new hires while supporting daily operations
- Maintain a strong presence on the production floor and assist with troubleshooting when needed
- Ensure production, safety, and quality standards are consistently met
- Track and document production metrics, performance, and shift activity
- Promote a positive and productive team environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
- Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
