As a Service Advisor, you'll welcome customers with a friendly attitude, help them choose the wash package that best fits their vehicle, explain how our Unlimited Wash Membership can save them money, and ensure they have an outstanding experience from the moment they pull in.
What You'll Do
- Greet every customer with a positive, friendly attitude
- Recommend the best wash package based on the customer's needs
- Explain the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Membership and how it saves customers money
- Answer customer questions and provide exceptional service
- Guide vehicles safely into the wash
- Work closely with teammates to keep traffic moving efficiently
- Help maintain a clean, organized work area
