**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal administrative tasks and possess knowledge in family law.
**Duties:**
- Conduct legal research and assist in document preparation
- Support attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and mediations
- Manage and organize legal documents and files
- Assist in drafting motions, agreements, and other legal documents
- Schedule hearings, meetings, and mediations
- Perform administrative tasks to support the legal team
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Fastcase
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with document review processes and filing portal
- Strong administrative skills including phone etiquette
