Job Summary
This role encompasses strategic planning, mentoring, and decision-making to drive growth and success. Senior managers are tasked with ensuring cohesive teamwork and effective resource management. They are responsible for overseeing the timely completion of projects within budget and meeting required quality standards. Typically, this position reports to a division head, vice president, or higherlevel executive.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Participates in all EPIC training sessions, including Template Building, Scheduling, and Billing.
- Supports Daily Huddles
- Admin support to the practice managers (i.e., troubleshooting, assistance with presentations, assistance with data analysis, recruitment)
- Ensures appropriate coverage for the designated site, including addressing practice manager vacancies and similar needs.
- Provides essential support for payroll management and ensures continuity by offering sign-off assistance during periods of absence.
- Facilitates the onboarding process for new Practice Managers.
- Oversight of employees and managers as designated by the Director.
- Oversight of New Provider onboarding, On Call Schedules, and Departures
- Obtaining X-Ray permits and managing renewals, Cardiology Echo Lab Certification, etc.
- Responsible for overseeing Q-Reviews for the designated sites and providing necessary support as required.
- Oversees all escalation issues concerning patient matters, site concerns, and facility requirements, including patient grievances and facility damages or outages.
Revenue Cycle Management:
- Participates in training for work queue management.
- Oversees the Epic Work queue support for all relevant practices within the designated scope.
- Facilitates quarterly meetings focused on denials management.
- As necessary, engage with Practice Managers to review and analyze Profit and Loss statements.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Batch Reconciliation process and actively contributes to its continuous improvement for the sites under their oversight.
Strategy/ Business Development:
- Creates presentations with various forms of data as needed for senior leadership
- Leads general data analysis and recommendations for impromptu projects (i.e. provider productivity, visit volumes, proposals, etc.)
- Oversees Space Optimization & Strategy - Leads work with Practice Managers and makes recommendations
- Participation in QI Group Level Work (i.e. Opportunity List, Kidney IntelX)
- Participation in workgroups at the group level (i.e. Template Optimization, Digital Access, Disney, Name Change, MAP, etc.)
- Oversees Practice Observation, Assessments, and Recommendations for workflow improvements, distribution of work, etc.
- Assists with invoicing / payment reconciliation as needed (i.e. SAG/DGA COVID services, etc)
- Assists with opening/closing practices, space planning, staff recruitment, etc.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education. i.e. HS/GED diploma plus seven years of experience.
Experience Requirements:
5 years related administrative or business experience required. Some supervisory experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,239.88 - $110,000.00 per year
