Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford diesel vehicles, including Super Duty trucks equipped with Power Stroke engines
- Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs according to Ford standards
- Conduct inspections and accurately document findings and repairs
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications:
- Current Ford Diesel Certification preferred
- Experience diagnosing and repairing Ford diesel vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction
