Overview
Join our dedicated team as an Overnight Janitor, working Sunday through Thursday from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your cleaning expertise keeps facilities safe, spotless, and welcoming. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive during night hours and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. As an essential part of our facilities maintenance team, you'll ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained to support a productive and healthy environment for staff and visitors alike. This position requires you to have a clean background check and a vehicle to get too and from work.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting all designated areas.
- Conduct detailed floor care procedures such as buffing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, hallways, offices, and common areas according to established standards.
- Handle custodial tasks involving window washing, wall cleaning, etc.
- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous safety compliance.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings required.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing surfaces.
- Experience with cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures is highly required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently during overnight shifts.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
