Job Summary
As a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently moving, storing, picking, packing, loading, and unloading products within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, accuracy, and productivity while ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders using a computer-based WMS system.
- Pull materials and prepare orders for shipment.
- Perform light assembly and pallet building.
- Label, sort, wrap, pack, and repack merchandise.
- Stage and prepare outbound shipments.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and efficiently.
- Move products throughout the warehouse using material handling equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization.
- Follow company safety procedures and 5S workplace standards.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Complete additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience operating Reach Truck, Sit-Down Forklift, or Cherry Picker preferred.
- Warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work within a WMS system.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- English proficiency required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
