We’re not a production shop—we’re a precision repair facility focused on doing the job right, following OEM procedures, and delivering elite-level workmanship.
We’re looking for a 1st Class Auto Body Technician with strong structural experience to join our high-performing team.
What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced structural repairs including frame and unibody corrections
- Section, replace, and install quarter panels and major structural components
- Execute high-level welding (MIG, spot weld, silicon bronze, aluminum) to OEM standards
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
- Work from OEM repair procedures and ensure compliance on every job
- Collaborate with estimators and production team to ensure proper repair plans
- Identify additional damage and communicate for supplements
- Maintain quality control standards – no shortcuts, no guesswork
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience as a high-level auto body technician
- Proven experience with quarter panel replacements and structural welding
- Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures and safety standards
- Experience with aluminum repair (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
- I-CAR certifications (a plus, not required – we will help you grow)
