Apprentice Electrician

Job Summary
LW Electric is seeking a dependable, motivated Apprentice Electrician to assist with residential and light commercial electrical work. This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, works hard, and can stay productive without constant supervision. The owner has very high expectations, so applicants must be able to follow instructions, stay focused, and complete tasks independently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades
- Follow directions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Use basic electrical tools and equipment
- Communicate clearly with the owner and team
- Stay on task and work independently without needing to be “babysat”
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and safety
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Pay & Benefits
- $16–$18/hr, depending on experience
