Oviedo Auto Repair LLC is an auto repair facility and we have a U-Haul rental side business as a U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer. We are looking for a U-Haul Representative, where you will be the friendly face and vital link between our company and valued customers. In this energetic role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, assist with reservation, rental and return transactions for U-Haul trucks and trailers. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help ensure a seamless experience for every customer. It is fast-paced and requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, as you will be lifting up trailers. Fair ability to reverse trailers is required but we will train you and allow you to practice. You will also be required to reverse trucks as long as 26 feet long. You will be required to do reservations, rentals and returns on the PC and cell phone we provide. The hours are 7am to 5pm. You will be an independent contractor responsible for your own withholding of taxes.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with rental inquiries, reservations, and returns
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
Pay: $150.00 per day
