Local Pay: $50+/hr. on W2

Shift/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM (40 hrs./week | 32 hrs. guaranteed)

What You'll Do-
- Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy.
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and recommendations.
- Follow facility, state, and federal regulations, as well as safety and infection-control standards.
What We're Looking For-
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
- Active Missouri SLP license.
- CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility.
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
