Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in recreational activities and conversation
Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and mental condition to the nursing team
Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding and feeding assistance
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to infection control protocols
Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
