Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience

Coach, train, and develop team members

Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development

Manage food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Help achieve sales, labor, and food cost goals

Lead by example during busy lunch and dinner shifts

Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations

Has restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Shift Leader, or similar)

Leads with integrity and accountability

Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Wants to grow their leadership career

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods during scheduled shifts.

Ability to perform duties in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, food preparation, service line, and front-of-house as business needs require.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety, quality, and exceptional guest service.

2+ years of restaurant leadership experience

Experience with scheduling, inventory, and team development

Food safety certification is a plus
