Job - General Laborer (1st Shift
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $19.00/hour

Job Description
- Float between multiple manufacturing departments as needed.
- Set up and operate hydraulic test stands following established procedures.
- Perform pressure, flow, and functional testing while recording and verifying results.
- Inspect components for leaks, defects, and overall quality compliance.
- Troubleshoot testing issues and communicate findings to Engineering or Quality teams.
- Read and follow drawings, work instructions, procedures, and specifications.
- Assist with assembly and other production tasks while maintaining a safe, organized work area.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience is required.
- Assembly experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with hydraulic systems or mechanical testing is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, procedures, and specifications.
- Experience using gauges, flow meters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
