Summary:
We are seeking experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiters to support a dynamic Sales Organization, with demonstrated expertise in both high-volume event hiring and requisition-based hiring. These remote positions are initially offered as 4-month contracts, with the potential for quarterly extensions up to a maximum duration of 18 months. In this role, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for critical sales talent initiatives, partner directly with senior business leaders and hiring managers, and leverage one of the world's most recognized technology brands to attract and close top-tier candidates. Your ability to develop data-driven talent strategies, influence executive stakeholders, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience will be central to your success.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process
Strategically position the organization's strengths against top competitors to effectively close competitive offers
Use data and metrics to identify talent gaps, advise on hiring strategies, and continuously improve recruiting efficiency
Engage and influence leadership stakeholders including hiring managers and executive staff with a strong executive presence
Manage both high-volume event hiring initiatives and individual requisitions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Handle escalations and provide effective solutions to challenges that arise throughout the recruitment process
Partner closely with hiring managers to develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business objectives
Conduct x-ray Boolean searches across multiple platforms to proactively source qualified candidates
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance
Maintain compliance with legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience in a recruiting capacity
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated customer service orientation within a recruiting or talent acquisition function
Minimum 5 years of experience operating with a team-oriented and accountable mindset in a collaborative hiring environment
Proven experience supporting Sales, Corporate, or other business-facing organizations in a fast-paced environment preferred
Demonstrated experience managing both high-volume hiring initiatives and individual requisitions concurrently
Proven track record of developing talent strategies, influencing hiring leaders, and closing competitive candidates

Pay Range*: $36.50 - $41.50 per hour
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
Job Status: Non-Exempt
