In-Person & Virtual Opportunities | Multiple States
Quadrant Health Group is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our growing behavioral health and addiction treatment team.
We currently have in-person and virtual opportunities across multiple locations.
Candidates must hold a current and applicable professional license for the state in which they will provide services.
We are specifically seeking candidates with one of the following credentials:

LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
-
LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker
-
LCDC – Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor
-
LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
Candidates must hold one of the licenses listed above to be considered.
For virtual opportunities, candidates must meet all applicable licensing requirements to provide services to clients in the assigned state.

Under the supervision of clinical leadership, the Licensed Mental Health Therapist is responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to clients.
Primary responsibilities may include:

Completing biopsychosocial and clinical assessments

Developing and updating individualized treatment plans

Providing individual therapy sessions
-
Facilitating process and therapeutic groups
-
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
-
Collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams
-
Participating in case consultations and treatment planning
-
Supporting clients throughout their treatment and recovery journey

Maintaining compliance with applicable state licensing requirements, ethical standards, and organizational policies
