In this role, you will help ensure products are assembled, inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment efficiently and safely. - Operate production equipment and tools according to training, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Assemble, inspect, package, and label products to meet quality standards.
- Monitor materials and supplies, and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and company policies.
- Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and staging materials as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or a related environment is preferred, but not always required.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Basic math, measurement, or counting skills as needed for the role.
- Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and equipment.
