Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated individual to join our Nissan Parts team. This role is essential in supporting multiple departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accountable, and looking for long-term growth within the company — not just someone looking to clock in and out for a paycheck.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain organization of vehicle deal folders and supply the Sales Department with second keys and floor mats as vehicles are sold.
- Pulling parts and items for customers
- Selling Wholesale/Retail Parts to customers
- Assist the Parts Department with cleaning, organization, and bin counts to ensure accurate inventory.
- Print invoices for the Service Department as needed.
- Maintain company handsets by keeping them organized, accounted for, and fully charged.
- Track all items signed out and returned using a detailed log system.
- Provide a daily or routine log report via email for company record-keeping and accountability.
Schedule:
- Saturday and Sunday are Mandatory workdays.
- Two weekdays off will be provided.
Compensation:
- Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
