Job Summary
Looking for a Business Developer with experience doing heavy telemarketing calls. These will be warm leads, but the person will be on the phone all day, every day. They should have experience selling the product as well as answering questions about the project. This person will be making around 80-100 calls a day.
Able to ask the right questions to possible clients. They will be dealing with clients that are always in the field and that this product will streamline their business. They should be able to speak to small business owners or employees like: Landscapers, contractors, pool maintenance companies, where they don’t have a merchant terminal system with them at their disposal.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage leads and track interactions effectively.
- Engage in telemarketing activities with warm leads to promote our products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication and customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies and maximize lead generation efforts.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to help shape future product development.
Requirements
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage customers through effective telemarketing techniques and warm calling strategies.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to business development efforts is a plus.
