Our mission is to build one of the leading compliant THC beverage brands in the U.S. market through strong distribution partnerships, large retail expansion, and category leadership.
We are seeking an experienced and highly connected sales leader to drive expansion into major chain accounts, beverage wholesalers, and national retail channels.
Position Summary
The National Accounts Director will lead strategic sales and business development efforts for our Alcohol, RTD, and THC beverage portfolio across key channels including:
National & regional gas station chains
Large liquor store chains
Beverage distributors & DSD networks
Convenience store chains
Wholesale partners
Multi-state retail operators
This role requires a high-level negotiator with deep beverage industry relationships and proven experience closing large-scale retail and distribution agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Development
Develop and manage relationships with major chain retailers, beverage distributors, and wholesale partners
Open new national and regional accounts for Alcohol, RTD, and THC beverage products
Lead high-level sales negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract execution
Drive placement opportunities in chain stores, coolers, and distributor networks
Sales & Distribution Expansion
Execute aggressive growth strategies across Texas and multi-state markets
Coordinate with distributor partners on launches, promotions, and sell-through programs
Identify new market opportunities and channel expansion strategies
Build scalable sales pipelines for long-term account growth
Industry & Compliance Leadership
Maintain strong understanding of hemp-derived THC beverage regulations and evolving market conditions
Represent the company at trade shows, distributor meetings, and industry events
Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and retailer trends
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with marketing, operations, and production teams
Support forecasting, inventory planning, and promotional execution
Assist leadership team with strategic growth initiatives and national expansion planning
Qualifications Required:
Minimum 5+ years experience in:
Alcohol beverage industry
RTD beverage sales
Beverage distribution
Large retail chain account management
Preferred Background
Existing relationships with:
Major gas station chains
Liquor store chains
Beverage wholesalers
Convenience store distributors
Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills
Experience working with DSD beverage systems
Experience launching new beverage brands preferred
THC/hemp beverage experience is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $80,000+
