Member Duties : Grant Research & Pipeline Development Research grant opportunities aligned with ULGA programs Build and maintain a centralized grant tracking system Develop funder profiles and funding calendars Grant Writing & Content Support Draft and edit grant proposals and narratives Create reusable templates and boilerplate materials Support development of budgets and supporting documents (with guidance) AI & Systems Integration Use AI tools to support grant research and drafting Help develop efficient workflows for proposal development Document systems for long-term staff use Funder Engagement Assist with outreach strategies and communication tracking Support reports, updates, and stewardship materials Documentation & Sustainability Develop SOPs and toolkits for fund development processes Build a centralized resource hub for grant materials
