Core Responsibilities of a Verizon Account Associate
- Meet with customers face to face to discuss Verizon products, wireless plans, devices, and current promotions.
- Learn about each customer's needs and recommend personalized solutions that best fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Guide customers in person through account setup, service enrollment, and account updates with accuracy and professionalism.
- Build lasting customer relationships by delivering knowledgeable, friendly, and solution-focused service.
- Stay up to date on Verizon products, pricing, and promotional offers through ongoing training.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction, performance goals, and overall team success.
- Maintain accurate customer records while following company policies and enrollment procedures.
Qualifications We look for in a Verizon Account Associate
- 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in America required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or account management is helpful but not required.
