Compensation:

Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire luxury timepieces through inbound requests, walk-in evaluations, client relationships, trade-ins, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct in-person and remote evaluations of watches, including authenticity indicators, condition grading, completeness (box/papers), reference accuracy, and service needs.
- Provide accurate, market-informed purchase offers while communicating professionally and transparently with sellers.
- Maintain strong acquisition margins by applying disciplined pricing logic based on market comps, demand, condition, and turn expectations.
- Manage the end-to-end acquisition process: intake documentation, identity/ownership verification, purchase authorization, and handoff to service/operations.
- Enter all acquisition opportunities, notes, offers, and follow-ups into our CRM and inventory systems with consistent accuracy.
- Build long-term relationships with collectors, sellers, and trade partners through consistent follow-up and a high-trust, concierge-level experience.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, service, and e-commerce to align buying decisions with current inventory needs and sales strategy.
- Stay current on watch market pricing, trends, model demand, and brand developments to inform strong purchasing decisions.
- Uphold Precision’s exacting standards for professionalism, process compliance, and client experience in every interaction.
Your Profile
- A genuine passion for luxury watches and a deep appreciation for horology.
- A confident understanding of the luxury watch market, including the ability to discuss value, pricing, and positioning with credibility and tact.
- Proven success in luxury acquisitions or sales, with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort executing Precision's structured acquisition and intake processes.
- Outstanding soft skills, including active listening, sound judgment, and persuasive communication.
- A proactive, disciplined follow-through mindset — ensuring no opportunity is ever dropped.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/inventory platforms.
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and personal drive to exceed goals.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 5 years in luxury watches, luxury resale, or a comparable high-end goods category (buying, sales, or acquisition-focused roles).
