We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Front of House Manager to lead daily operations in our full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
This leadership role requires a hands-on manager who leads by example, thrives under pressure, and is committed to creating a positive culture for both guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Proven success leading and developing front-of-house teams.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and hospitality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory oversight, and cost control.
- Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- ServSafe certification (preferred or willingness to obtain).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Hire, train, coach, and mentor servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
- Create and manage employee schedules while maintaining labor goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
- Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen management team to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, appearance, and overall guest experience.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and operational reporting as needed.
