Summary
Come join our leasing team. As a Leasing Professional you will play a vital role in showcasing our luxurious living spaces to potential residents. You will be responsible for driving occupancy rates while ensuring an exceptional experience for all prospective tenants.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting the unique features of our apartments.
- Attention to detail
- Maintain closing Ratio
Requirements
- Proven sales techniques/must be able to close a sale
- Must live within 30 minutes of the Community
- Must include a resume
- Must be available every week end
