American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department night shift position in Frisco, TX, requiring at least 1 year of ED experience and active TX or compact RN licensure.

Emergency Department (ED) setting within a hospital environment

Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
13-week contract

Active TX or compact RN license required
-
Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in the Emergency Department specialty

Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)

Current ACLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)

Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required
-
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required — SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA may be accepted in lieu of CPI based on facility requirement

NIH Stroke Scale certification required for ED RNs

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

US SSN and date of birth required for consideration

One professional reference required

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

All certifications must remain active through at least the first 30 days of the assignment start date
