Licensed to practice law in New York
- 5+ years of sophisticated commercial leasing experience (with the ability to independently draft and negotiate leases)

Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions is a plus

Interest in business development and client relationship management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal technology tools

Portable book of business is a plus, but not required
