What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Day Porter, you’ll be the key to keeping apartment communities looking beautiful and welcoming.
Your daily tasks may include:
- Maintaining clean grounds, walkways, amenities, and parking structures
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and basic landscaping
- Cleaning common areas including leasing offices, restrooms, and lobbies
- Final touch-ups in vacant units (appliances, counters, floors, etc.)
- Replacing trash liners and restocking supplies
- Light maintenance tasks (changing bulbs, touch-up paint, pressure washing)

What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year experience as a porter, custodian, or groundskeeper (preferably in apartment housing)
- Familiar with cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures
- Able to walk, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout your shift
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend availability is a plus!
