As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Whether you have previous sales experience or simply possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn, we provide the training and support needed to build a successful career.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Follow up with customers through phone calls, text messages, email, and video communication
- Build relationships that create repeat and referral business
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in our CRM system
- Stay current on Buick and GMC product knowledge
- Work as part of a team committed to providing an outstanding customer experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, technology and social media
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
