We are looking for a driven corporate recruiter to own our production and machine operator pipeline in the Clarksville, TN market. This is a high volume role on the front lines of our business. The right candidate moves fast, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of their desk.

Compensation: $80,000-$100,000 based on experience
What you will do:
- Source, screen, and qualify production and machine operator candidates at high volume
- Conduct structured pre-screen calls and in-office interviews to assess skills, reliability, and fit
- Manage your candidate pipeline in an ATS and maintain accurate, up to date records at all times
- Coordinate onboarding and placement logistics with internal operations to ensure smooth starts for every associate
- Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates to develop a reliable talent bench
- Communicate proactively with placed associates to ensure retention and a strong placement experience
- Meet and exceed weekly activity metrics including calls, submissions, and placements
What we are looking for:
2 or more years of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or light industrial staffing
Proven ability to work high volume production recruiting desks and hit aggressive placement goals
Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly with blue collar candidates
Comfortable working in an ATS environment
Self-starter who takes ownership of their desk and does not need to be micromanaged
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
