Allied Staff Augmentation Partners (ASAP) is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support capital projects at Palo Verde Generating Station, the nation's largest nuclear power generating facility.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in Project Management Office (PMO), Project Coordination, Project Controls, Capital Projects, Engineering, Construction, or Utilities who enjoy supporting project teams through planning, reporting, coordination, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers with capital project management activities
- Coordinate with Cost & Scheduling teams
- Monitor project action items, issues, and project decisions
- Review project schedules, milestones, and performance metrics
- Maintain PMO procedures, standards, and documentation
- Track project deliverables and ensure document integrity
- Coordinate gate reviews and PMO reporting
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps
- Assist with project reporting and database management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting PMO, Project Management, Project Controls, or Capital Projects
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with project reporting, scheduling, or cost management is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Familiarity with PMBOK methodologies is preferred
