Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to promote skill development.
- Monitor and document client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Provide training and support to caregivers on behavior management techniques.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for clients.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.
Requirements:
- NO DEGREE NEEDED! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED BUT PREFERRED. WILLING TO TRAIN
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- BCBA or RBT certification preferred or in progress.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and data collection methods.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and treatment goals.
