Architect/ Associate Architect
Location: Saint Louis, MO (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Salary: $85K-$110K base + bonus (salary depends on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a focus on multifamily and hospitality projects. The Architect will be responsible for creating innovative designs while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and present architectural design concepts and solutions.

Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct site visits and assessments to gather project requirements.

Ensure all designs meet LEED standards and sustainability goals.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Assist in the preparation of construction documents and proposals.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution preferred

Can be licensed Architect or Unlicensed

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Experience in some combination of the following hotels. multifamily, hospitality, dorms and healthcare design.

Multistory experience preferred

Knowledge of LEED certification processes and standards.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Familiarity with Sketch-up and MS Office.
