About the Role:
Have you ever wanted to be the face of a live broadcast but didn't know where to start? We are looking for an energetic, eager-to-learn Live Stream Assistant to be the right hand to our current Live Host.
Zero prior experience is needed. We are completely willing to train the right person. In this role, you will help run the behind-the-scenes flow of our live streams, but you won't stay behind the camera forever! You will occasionally step on screen to assist, banter, or demonstrate, giving you real-world reps in front of an audience.
The ultimate goal of this position is growth: we want you to learn the ropes, gain confidence, and eventually move up into a full-time Live Host role yourself.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support the Host: Assist with questions, messages, pre-show prep, setting up props, and ensuring everything is ready before we go live. After the show you will follow up with questions, messages, print shipping labels and assist with packing orders.
Be the Co-Pilot: Monitor the live chat, engage with viewers, and relay important questions or comments to the host in real-time. Help the host grab awesome products and assist with tagging the products.
Get On-Camera Experience: Step in front of the camera to assist with demonstrations, join the conversation, or participate in segments.
Keep Things Flowing: Help troubleshoot minor hiccups on the fly—live broadcasting is unpredictable, and we need someone who can go with the flow!
Learn and Grow: Absorb everything you can about audience engagement, pacing, and on-camera presence to prepare for your own hosting opportunities.

Entry-Level & Eager: No live streaming or hosting experience is required. We just want someone who is hungry to learn.
Camera-Willing: You don’t need to be a polished pro, but you must be comfortable (and excited about) stepping in front of the camera.

Quick on Your Feet: You can adapt quickly when things change live on air.

Compensation: Hourly + Commission (Combination of both which can be between $20 to $50 per hour)

- Watch the Scoreboard: Keep a playful eye on the numbers (views, engagement, and sales!) during your stream to see what’s working and celebrate your wins.
- Command the Studio: Do a quick tech check before the spotlight hits. Make sure your ring light is flawless, the mic is crisp, and the camera is ready for action.
