Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Print Production & Customer Rep Specialist. This role combines print production hands-on activities such as operate digital printing presses and support various print production processes to deliver high-quality printed materials along with front-of-house customer service — including gathering customer information, preparing quotes, and processing orders using our internal ordering software. No prior experience with our specific software is required — training will be provided!
Responsibilities
- Operate color and black/white digital printing presses
- Set up, check, and manipulate digital files for print production
- Load paper and manage print job workflow from file to finished product
- Perform finishing/bindery work (cutting, folding, binding, laminating)
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with print, promotional, and design projects and requirements
- Prepare and process price quotes using our internal ordering software (full training provided)
- Perform quality control inspections throughout production to identify and resolve issues
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Communicate directly with clients to understand project needs
- Coordinate print projects around client deadlines
- Take ownership of any print problems and offer viable solutions
- Familiarity with prepress workflows and software used for layout design and production document interpretation.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
