Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Electrical Superintendents specializing in Data Center projects to lead and oversee electrical construction activities from inception to completion. This pivotal role demands a dynamic leader who excels in managing complex electrical systems, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be instrumental in delivering state-of-the-art data center facilities that meet rigorous performance and reliability standards. Your expertise will drive project success through meticulous planning, supervision, and collaboration with stakeholders across all phases of construction.
These projects are located in Georgia, North Carolina, and Ohio.
Paying $50-$55/hr + $120/day 60+ hour weeks

Duties
- Lead and supervise electrical construction teams on data center projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation of electrical systems.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment using construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and progress; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage project scheduling utilizing Primavera P6 or Primavera tools to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, local codes, and contractual obligations; review contracts regularly for scope clarity.
- Supervise subcontractors and field personnel; provide training on construction site safety practices including OSHA regulations.
- Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and quality assurance records.
- Oversee budgeting activities related to electrical components; assist in construction estimating and cost control efforts.
- Facilitate communication across teams through effective blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical troubleshooting with tools like Ohmmeter or other testing devices.
Skills
- Extensive experience in construction management within data center or large-scale electrical projects.
- Proven supervising experience with a strong ability to lead diverse teams on complex construction sites.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid for project planning and documentation.
- Deep understanding of electrical systems design including schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of contracts management and construction estimating processes for accurate budgeting.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards; ability to enforce safety protocols effectively on-site.
- Skilled in project scheduling techniques; capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical schematics and troubleshoot electrical issues using tools like Ohmmeter.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
