Therapist Position — Nurture Family Therapy
Nurture Family Therapy is a growing relationship-based private practice in Urbandale, Iowa serving children, teens, and families. We are currently hiring fully licensed and temporarily licensed therapists (LISW, LMHC, LMFT, or temporary licensure equivalents) for W-2 employee positions. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in a mental health field and be eligible for Iowa mental health licensure.

- Percentage-based compensation structure
- Typical compensation ranges approximately 60–70% of collected revenue depending on licensure level, experience, and supervision needs
