Job Summary
We are in search of a proficient Field Superintendent to manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial painting construction management and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee field staff
- Operate Procore software for onsite management
- Participate in scheduling and contribute to schedules developed by the General Contractor (GC)
- Track project milestones and maintain schedule fidelity
- Work with the construction team to resolve any arising issues
- Handle multiple projects and foremen
- Coordinate material logistics for projects
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Administer tool inventory and maintenance
- Engage with clients through face-to-face meetings, phone conversations, and email correspondence
- Employ the GC/Customer document exchange platform
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction project supervision
- In-depth knowledge of painting and coating processes
- Proficiency with ProCore for project oversight
- Solid grasp of construction management concepts
- Skilled in reading and understanding blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of spray rigs, painting equipment, and maintenance of tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
