Summary
Employees of the maintenance team are responsible for ensuring that all machinery, equipment, and facilities are in good working conditions to support uninterrupted production operations.

Qualifications
- Experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organize maintenance records and logs.
- Install and set up new machinery or equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to schedule maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during maintenance work.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime.
