Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated experience working in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings.
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with students, families, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in PreK-12 students.
- Develop tailored intervention plans to address each child’s unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to provide well-rounded support and create inclusive classroom environments.
- Monitor and report student progress, adjusting techniques and strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
