Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Subway Store Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of store management, from staff supervision to customer service, food quality, and inventory control. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent food service in a quick and friendly environment. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards for safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Duties
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Supervise and train staff on food preparation, POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and customer service standards.
- Oversee food safety practices, proper food handling, and kitchen management to meet health regulations.
- Control inventory levels through accurate stock rotation, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform regular cash handling duties.
- Lead staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training to develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and resolving any issues professionally.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment is essential.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing.
- Prior experience supervising staff in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food industry best practices.
- Experience with training & development initiatives to foster team growth.
