Calidad Services Inc. is seeking dedicated, self-driven Physical Security Officers to protect a high-traffic shopping center in Manteca. This property is a key commercial asset for ownership and tenants and requires officers who understand visibility, deterrence, and accountability.
This is not a sit-down post. The role requires active patrol, strong situational awareness, and consistent engagement with the property.
The Mission
Your mission is simple but critical: maintain a safe, secure, and orderly environment for tenants, customers, and property assets during all assigned hours.
Officers assigned to this site will serve as the primary security presence, ensuring the shopping center remains protected, respected, and professionally monitored at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the shopping center
- Patrol storefronts, common areas, parking lots, and access points
- Remain outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Actively deter trespassing, theft, vandalism, loitering, and unauthorized activity
- Monitor property conditions and identify safety or security concerns
- Use TrackTik to scan checkpoints consistently throughout the shift
- Write clear, accurate reports and activity logs
- Maintain professional interaction with tenants, customers, and the public
- Take ownership of the post and maintain a visible, confident presence
This position requires vigilance, consistency, and pride in doing the job right.
Technology & Reporting (Non-Negotiable)
- TrackTik is used for checkpoint scanning and reporting
- Checkpoints must be scanned as required during the shift
- Reports must be accurate, timely, and complete
- Officers must be comfortable using mobile devices and security applications
Technology is a core part of how we protect this site. Attention to detail is mandatory.
Staffing & Schedule Coverage
We are hiring for the following positions and shifts:
- 7 days a week
- 10:30AM - 10:30 PM
- Part-time and Full-time shifts available
Consistency, reliability, and commitment to assigned shifts are critical for this site.

Security experience is preferred—especially retail, shopping center, or patrol experience—but we will train the right individuals with the right mindset.
