DESCRIPTION:
Work assignments are received from the District Attorney and work involves responsibility for research, preparation of
cases and trial of criminal cases. Duties require the exercise of independent legal judgment but matters of policy are tak-
en to a superior for decision. Work is subject to review by the District Attorney through discussion. Does related work as
required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATONS:
Admission to the NYS Bar and licensure to practice Law in the State of New York.
